After the succes of KLM Dream Destinations, KLM Surprise and several other initiatives, KLM needed a more strategic and long term approach towards social media.
- Coaching & Strategy Several coaching sessions together with members of the international KLM social media team in Amsterdam.
- Roadmaps We developed roadmaps for the implementation of both additional social media channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Hyves) and the improvement of existing social media channels (Twitter, Facebook).
- Frameworks and models During these sessions, we developed frameworks and models like the gradual engagement model and the social sales model.
