NIKEiD Lets you design your own personalized Nike products online. Nike builds and deliveres it to your home.

To promote NIKEiD in Denmark, Boondoggle came up with a design contest on Facebook. Young Danish football players were challenged to design the new shoe for Nicklas Bendtner. The winner gets to meet the Danish striker himself.

How do we get NikeiD a brand worth talking about in Denmark? By creating a competition worth participating. And involve’s Denmark’s brightest football star along the way. The campaign was fully integrated in Facebook and asked youngsters to design the new Nike Mercurial Vapor boot for Arsenal’s top shot Nicklas Bendtner. Through Facebook they could ask their peers to vote for their design.

532 new designs shared with well over 60,000 friends with hardly any media budget.
