Help me be a better colleague

You’re never too old to learn. You should strive to be a better person every single day. And you can learn something from everyone. Just a few convictions I try to live by. That is why I built the habit of asking people I work with -people like you- how they experienced our collaboration. What did you like? What didn’t you like?
