Het Achterhuis: Webby winnerSo, there were 4 Dutch agencies that won a Webby award tuesday. LBi Lost Boys, KONG Amsterdam, Boondoggle Amsterdam (I did some work on that case as well) and Muse Amsterdam. Congrats to all, team LBi, Yacco, Karlijn, Tom, Gaston, Astrid, Simon and their teams. A great achievement and true examples for the industry.

However, there was only one smart enough to stop drinking champagne for a moment and write a decent press release.
That press release was picked up by Marketingfacts (a large Dutch marketing weblog), before being picked up by nu.nl (one of the largest Dutch news websites), national newspaper De Volkskrant and even the Dutch evening news.

The winnerest Dutch Webby winner of all is LBi LostBoys.

My learning? Stop drinking champagne for a moment and capitalize on the stuff you’re already doing. That’s when the real prizes are handed out.
