“The launch of Telenet Yelo. A story on conversation management.” for InSites Consulting

Yesterday, we had our New Games New Rules event on social media and research in Rotterdam. I got to present the Telenet Yelo case, a story about how Telenet used existing online conversations and a cocreation community to involve consumers in making better products.
Featured models in the presentation are the KANO model and our Observe-Facilitate-Join and Change Mechanisms frameworks (more models and frameworks in our Flickr pool).
