They’re arguably the worst thing that ever happened to mankind – generic out-of-office replies. Join my fight to get rid of unremarkable out-of-office replies. To help, I’ve collected some great positive exceptions, starting with the one below.
I am writing our paper for ESOMAR’s Congress in Amsterdam next September:”Engage, Inspire, Act: step stones towards developing more impactful products”. It’s a story on how we changed the hearts, minds and actions of Unilever’s R&D team by making use of #gamification and #infotainment in & to report on a Research Community.
