“Service management for conversations” for Fieldservice Conference Heliview

Knowing how to use technology to make things easier is. Watch people like Tijs Vrolix and Boris Nihom excel in that space.
I believe in PR professionals who can create memes and can help companies build a decent owned presence and claim earned media. People like Wouter GlaserIvo van den Brand and Sarah Hagens do that every day.
And I believe in service management professionals, people who are extremely skilled in managing expectations and commit acts (not ads).
