Best practice: Booking.com is finding talent via their source code

Booking.com is certainly not the first to do this and most definitely not the last. In an effort to attract designers and developers, Booking.com “hid” some code in their HTML code. When you look at the source code of any page on Booking.com, you will find below text and a reference to their career site. A smart and simple way to recruit new talent. Even if only one person gets attracted this way, it was worth the effort.
